পায়ব সমাজকল্যাণ সংঘ ৫ ই জুন ২০২৫ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত একটি অরাজনৈতিক, অলাভজনক সামাজিক সংগঠন। কুমিল্লা জেলার মুরাদনগরের পায়ব গ্রামের মানুষের সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টায় গড়ে ওঠা এই সংগঠনের মূলমন্ত্র — "আসুন একসাথে ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ি"। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, গ্রামের প্রকৃত উন্নয়ন আসে মানুষের ঐক্য থেকে। তাই আমাদের কার্যপরিধি তিনটি ক্ষেত্র ঘিরে:
ক্রীড়া ও তারুণ্য — বিভিন্ন খেলাধুলার আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে গ্রামের তরুণদের সুস্থ বিনোদন, দলগত মনোভাব ও নেতৃত্বের চর্চার সুযোগ তৈরি করা। তারুণ্যের শক্তিই গ্রামের সবচেয়ে বড় সম্পদ। সেই শক্তিকে সঠিক পথে এগিয়ে নিতে আমরা আয়োজন করি বিভিন্ন খেলাধুলা — যেখানে বিনোদনের সাথে সাথে তৈরি হয় ঐক্য, শৃঙ্খলা আর নেতৃত্বের ভিত।
শিক্ষা — মেধাবৃত্তি পরীক্ষা, শিক্ষা সামগ্রী বিতরণ আর কৃতী শিক্ষার্থীদের সংবর্ধনা — এই তিনের মধ্য দিয়ে আমরা গ্রামের শিক্ষার্থীদের লেখাপড়ায় উৎসাহিত করি, যেন মেধা কখনো সুযোগের অভাবে থেমে না যায়। উৎসাহ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের লেখাপড়ায় আগ্রহী ও উদ্বুদ্ধ করে তোলা।
সামাজিক ঐক্য — গ্রামের সকল শ্রেণী-পেশার মানুষকে একত্রিত করে পারস্পরিক সহযোগিতা, মতবিনিময় ও সম্মিলিত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের সংস্কৃতি গড়ে তোলা। ভবিষ্যৎ কেউ একা গড়ে না — গড়তে হয় একসাথে। তাই গ্রামের সকল শ্রেণী-পেশার মানুষকে একত্রিত করে আমরা গড়ে তুলছি এমন এক সংস্কৃতি, যেখানে সিদ্ধান্ত হয় সবার মতে, আর সাফল্য হয় সবার অংশীদারিত্বে। কারণ যে গ্রাম একসাথে ভাবে, সে গ্রাম একসাথে এগোয়।
২০২৫ সালে আমাদের আয়োজনে প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের বৃত্তিপ্রাপ্ত ৫ জন মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থীকে সংবর্ধনা, ক্রেস্ট, সনদপত্র ও নগদ অর্থ প্রদান করা হয় এবং গ্রামের উন্নয়ন ও সামাজিক কর্মকাণ্ডে অবদানের জন্য ১২ জন বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিকে সম্মাননা স্মারক দেওয়া হয়।
Payab Social Welfare Association is a non-political, non-profit social organization founded in 5th June 2025 by the collective effort of the people of Payab village, Muradnagar, Cumilla. Our motto is — "Let's build the future together."
We believe that real development of a village comes from the unity of its people. Our work centers on three areas:
Sports & Youth — organizing sports to give village youth healthy recreation and opportunities to practice teamwork and leadership. The energy of youth is our village's greatest asset. To channel it in the right direction, we organize sports — where recreation goes hand in hand with unity, discipline, and the foundations of leadership.
Education — motivating and inspiring students through merit scholarship examinations, distribution of educational materials, and encouragement. Merit scholarship exams, educational materials, and receptions for top achievers — through these we encourage our village's students, so that no talent is ever held back for lack of opportunity.
Social Unity — bringing together people of all walks of life in the village to build a culture of mutual cooperation, dialogue, and collective decision-making. No one builds the future alone — it is built together. By uniting people of every walk of life, we are creating a culture where decisions belong to everyone, and success is shared by all. Because a village that thinks together, moves forward together.
In 2025, we honored five meritorious primary-school scholarship winners with receptions, crests, certificates, and cash awards, and presented honorary plaques to twelve distinguished persons for their contributions to village development and social work.
